Ury Estate roads under threat

A direct consequence of continuing commercial activity within Ury Estate, without corresponding infrastructure investment is a severe decline in the condition of the estate private road. Of particular concern to homeowners is the increasing illegitimate use of the road as a 'rat run' and the larger and larger commercial vehicles using a road which was never intended for the current volume and intensity of its traffic.
